 National Song 2024 - "Not Alone" If you are visiting Singapore at this time of the year (July and August) and you wander into a shopping mall or other public areas, you may find yourself bombarded with our National Songs, like "Count On Me Singapore", "Stand Up for Singapore", "We are Singapore", etc.  The video above is the latest for 2024.

ByAnna Maria Romero  JULY 17, 2024 SINGAPORE: A study conducted by Forbes Advisor of 60 cities across the globe showed that Singapore ranked first as the safest city for tourists, with the city-state having the highest safety rating, lowest natural disaster risk, and second lowest health security risk.

This year, 11 establishments have newly joined the list including a casual Italian restaurant and a prawn noodles stall that has been operating for over 70 years. Perhaps you and your dining companions can visit one of the 81 eateries that were recently recognised with a Michelin Bib Gourmand. There were 79 eateries on the list in 2023. On Tuesday (Jun 18), Michelin Guide announced its 2024 Bib Gourmand Selection for Singapore which includes several iconic hawker stalls and up-and-coming restaurants.

Some people have said that the best way to know a place is to eat the local food... unless that place practices Cannibalism.  (Don't worry, Cannibalism is illegal in Singapore.
